A digital proof will be sent for your approval before production begins. Please review all names, dates, spelling and event information carefully. Production does not begin until the design has been approved.

Photo and Artwork Tips

For the best results, upload clear, high-resolution, unfiltered photos. If submitting finished artwork, files should be sized at 5" × 7" with important text and design elements positioned safely away from the edges.

Because each order is personalized, all sales are final. If an error is made on our end, we’ll gladly make it right.
